Reason: In addition to the problem of electrical lines and terminal crimping, it is mainly the problem of the water flow indicator itself, including the movement of the blade, the damage of the blade, the damage of the micro switch or the burning of the reed switch, or the permanent magnet does not work.
Solution: Check if the paddle is damaged or stuck, and check the permanent magnet, reed switch and other devices.
3. After the nozzle is actuated or the end venting device is opened, the front end of the pipe is not connected after the pump is linked.
Cause: The butterfly valve, which is mainly a wet alarm device, does not operate, and the wet alarm device cannot send water to the front end pipe.
Solution: Check the wet alarm device, mainly the butterfly valve, until it is flexibly turned over, and then check other parts of the wet device.
4, the linkage signal is sent, the spray pump does not work
Cause: The control unit and the fire pump starter cabinet may be loose or the device may be malfunctioning, or the spray pump itself may be mechanically faulty.
Solution: Check each connection and the pump itself.
Second, smoke control system
1, the exhaust valve can not open
Cause: The exhaust valve controls the mechanical failure, the electromagnet does not move or the mechanical rust causes the exhaust valve to fail to open.
Treatment: Always check whether the operating mechanism is rusted, whether there is any jamming, and check if the electromagnet is working properly.
2, the exhaust valve can not be opened manually
Cause: The manual control device is stuck or the tension line is loose.
Solution: Check the manual operating mechanism.
3, the smoke exhauster does not start
Cause: The device of the smoke control system is out of order or the connection is loose or mechanically faulty.
Solution: Check the mechanical system and the connection of each device system in the control part.
Third, the fire shutter system
1, fire shutter doors can not rise and fall
Cause: It may be a power failure, a motor failure, or a stuck door.
Solution: Check the main power, control power and motor, and check the door itself.
2. The fire shutter door has no rise or no drop or no rise.
Cause: Falling or rising button problems, contactor contacts and coil problems, limit switch problems, contactor interlocking normally closed contacts.
Solution: Check the down or up button, lower or rise the contactor switch and coil, check the limit switch, check the drop or rise contactor interlock normally closed contact.
3. The fire shutter door cannot be linked in the control center.
Cause: The control center control device itself is faulty, the control module is faulty, and the linkage transmission line is faulty.
Solution: Check the control center control device itself, check the control module, and check the transmission line.
Fourth, fire broadcasting, telephone system
1, the broadcast is silent
Reason: Generally there is no output for the amplifier.
Solution: Check the amplifier itself.
2, individual parts broadcast silent
Cause: The speaker is damaged or the cable is loose.
Solution: Check the speaker and wiring.
3, can not be forced to switch to accident broadcast
Cause: Generally, the relay of the switching module does not operate.
Solution: Check the relay coil and contacts.
4, can not achieve layered broadcast
Cause: The hierarchical broadcast switching device is faulty.

5, the intercom phone can not talk properly
Cause: The intercom phone itself is faulty, the intercom phone jack is loose or the line is damaged.

Five, fire hydrant system
1. Open the fire hydrant valve without water
Cause: There may be a leak in the pipe, the pipe is waterless, and the pressure gauge is damaged, and the voltage regulator system does not work.
Treatment: Check the leak point, pressure gauge, repair or install the voltage regulator to ensure that the fire hydrant has water.
2, press the manual button, can not start the fire pump
Cause: The manual button wiring is loose, the button itself is damaged, the linkage control cabinet itself is faulty, the fire pump startup cabinet is faulty or the connection is loose, and the fire pump itself is faulty.
